•  High school diploma or the equivalent. (University diploma preferable)
•  18 - 25 year old
•  Good appearance with smiling, pretty, friendly and elegant speaking
•  One year experience of customer service field is an advantage
•  Outstanding oral Chinese or English is a plus
•  Willing to learn and able to work at night shift (9:00pm – 5:30am).

•  Always greets the guest with a smile
•  Responsible and accountable for all operations in the Front Office section whilst on duties
•  To ensure all guests' registration policies are tally performed
•  All duties and takes performed are to be procedurally correct, timely and consistently high quality.
•  To ensure through personal presentation, effective and efficient work practices and guest service standards.
•  To ensure that all guests are checked out yet warm and friendly manner
•  To ensure that all guests provided with concise information concerning the service and facilities provided by company
•  To ensure all guests enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful and friendly manner
•  To maintain and be aware of the important guest recognition
•  To actively promote the service, facilities and standards of company at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all time
•  To understand, be supportive, helpful and encourage all colleagues and guests
•  All other task as assigned by operation manager
•  Check sound system 
•  Check electricity wiring and lighting system 
•  Doing repairing and maintaining process. 
•  Act with honesty, integrity and Professionalism.
•  Other tasks as assigned.
