Company need to recruite one staff for the post of Receptionist

Job Requirement :
  • A University Degree in Administrative, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years office experience may be requested
  • Excellent in English both speaking and writing
  • competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
  • Education and Experience

Working Hours: 

  •  Monday to Friday      : (08:00AM-12:00PM)   / (13:30PM-17:30PM)
  •  Saturday                     : (08:00AM-12:00PM)
Job Duties :
  • answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
  • greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
  • coordinate messenger and courier service
  • fax, scan and copy documents
  • update and maintain internal staff contact lists, Office filing
  • co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative work such as staff parking, driver 
  • type documents, reports and correspondence
  • assist with event planning and implementation
  • monitor and maintain office supplies
  • ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
  • keep office area clean and tidy
