• Analyse and monitor the KA/Trade spent, marketing investment fund against agreed budget with KAM & NSM.
• Improve Modern Trade & Traditional Trade Investment more effective, positive ROI and our core category, aligned with NSM.
• Evaluate result of Promo & monitor promotion spend to be more effective, positive ROI and recommendation to KA Manager/Marketing Manager & NSM.
• Build RGM capabilities to commercial, sales in order to improve the result through RGM Tool.
• Conduct regular visit to retail outlet to ensure effective investment made & 100% compliance by the customers.
