** Purpose of position
To estimate the cost for project and oversee the quality of work done by subcontractors

•  Bachelor of Degree of Architecture or other related fields.
•  One-year experience in preparing BoQ.
•  Be able to travel to project site
•  Auto Cad 2D and 3D and Ms Office
•  Be able to communicate in English.
•  High Responsibility and honest
•  Work well under pressure to meet the deadline.

•  Check the actual size of each project and make layout plan.
•  Drawing and design layout after visiting the project site.
•  Provide details drawing and materials list to stakeholders.
•  Conduct site inspection to monitor and evaluate the project progressive.
•  Present the details of design concept and drawing to site controllers and stakeholder before implementing the project.
•  Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
