Job Description :

Reporting to: Manager of Projects and Key Accounts Sales Manager
The role of the Corporate Projects, Sales Executive is to identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector and manage affiliated projects and initiatives to ensure measurable mutually beneficial benefits. 
The Corporate Projects, Sales Executive also plays a key role in external representation, projects coordination and merchant training.

Job Requirement :
  • University student with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or equivalent
  •  Experience in quality assurance - functionality test, performance test, network connectivity test, UX/UI test
  •  Having knowledge in software development – web or mobile application - is a must
  •  Knowing how to use mobile app automation testing tools is a plus 
  •  Good verbal and written English communication skill
  •  Ability to explain technical aspects in simplified terms
  •  Strong task and time organizational skill 
  •  Ability to work on own and with team
Job Duties :

Research and Learning: 

  •  Research on customer needs, new products, and trending technologies.
  •  Research and learn about new systems and requirements.
  •  Identify potential product features for contemporary and future markets. 

Quality Assurance:

  •  Perform testing on new products, including possible proprietary items, according to the organization’s Product Development plans to ensure that bugs and issues are reduced to a minimum level. The testing includes functionality testing, performance testing, network connectivity testing, user interface testing, battery life testing, etc… 
  •  Continue testing on existing features in order to avoid side effects of new released features and keep track on app performance to avoid any kind of inconveniences including slowness, flickering, etc… 
  •  Create and assist in the development of test case documentation for new products or product changes – documentation should be described in detail of each possible case scenario, which must include the steps of how each behavior is replicated.
  • Work closely with the development team to report issues that have been found and reported, explain how they were replicated, and follow up on progress to make sure that issues are properly fixed on time and based on requirements.
  •  Take part in research and surveys on customer needs, new products, and trending technologies.
  •  Perform other duties as requested by Management from time to time.

Problem Resolution: 

  • Based on his/her experience, he/she is additionally tasked with the identification of issues in development by all related parties and developers.

IT:

  •  Assist team in testing company core system.
  •  Understand development flow and have experience with analysis.
  •  Understand system integration and development.
  •  Support:
  •  Support teams on training
  •  Support teams on software problem troubleshooting
  •  Support development team on writing new feature use cases.
