• Assist the administrative job of the regulatory head such as preparation of documents from the Principals/Suppliers for product permits /licenses for Ministry of Health (MOH)To ensure that the inventory movement must follow the system
•  Assist in Quality Assurance job for the company's compliance of GSDP and ISO .This includes QCIR verification during reception of shipments and return stocks from Customers. Other jobs that the SOPs requires .Check or update pricing on promotional price, product scheme
•  Help to coordinate and follow-up with Principals/Suppliers on document requirements to meet the agreed timelines on regulatory works. Coordinate with the sales or marketing representative on the order accuracy and timely submission
•  Assist in the preparation , filing of documents and reports required by the MOH or Principals
•  Assist of any reporting /reports ( example: Pharmacovigilance,etc.) needed from Quality Assurance of the company 
•  Help validate all stocks inside the Quarantine, Damage ,Expired Areas, to ensure the correctness of the inventories and product data/details
•  Assist with QA Officer/Manager to coordinate with the Principals on the product disposal schedules and necessary permits needed. Follow-up any agreements and report any problems encountered.
•  Perform the Temperature Validation regularly in the storage and transportation areas
•  Conduct internal audit of the process related to QA responsibilities in the Warehouse and Logistics Department.
