•  At least 2 years experienced in QoS , IT network or related fields in Telecom industry 
•  English proficient
•  Computer literate (Ms. Office)
•  Driving license 
•  Be independent, proactive and team work
•  Be able to work at night

•  Monitors network quality
•  Plans and conducts benchmark test
•  Investigate network failures 
•  Discrepancy check between network planning and design
•  Coordinates and works with related team to solve all network problems 
•  Performs other tasks as assigned by management
