• High school graduate degree or above in any kind of construction field.
• Proven track record with 3years experience as senior QA/QC engineer of construction site. 
• Be confident, assertive and independent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Relationship building and people management skill.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Very good command of speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Be able to be stationed in Phnom Penh.

• Successfully implement a strategy set up and execution planning of new QA/QC Department under the management of QA/QC Department Manager.
• Set up of necessary and reasonable organization plan and major employee assignment schedule under the management of QA/QC Department Manager. 
• Implementation of real job with team work.
• Instruct and supervise the construction site
• The making of manual and instruction education
• Temporary plan and estimation 
• Instruction and support of the preparations construction
• Execution of monthly report to QA/QC Department manager.
