•  A bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar skill;
•  Fresh graduated or 1 year of work experience in purchasing function;
•  Enjoy clerical and administrative activities;
•  Good planning and numeracy skills;
•  A methodical approach to work;
•  Good communication skills;
•  Aptitude for working with computer systems;
•  Able to pay attention to detail; and
•  Be Honest and responsible toward the job and able to work independent.

•  Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers;
•  Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids;
•  Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies;
•  Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs;
•  Administer on-line purchasing systems; and
•  Other tasks as assigned by Management.
