•  University student in any fields
•  No experience is required or little experience in invoicing, inventory control and stock reporting
•  Good English and computer skills
•  Fast learner
•  Good attitude

• To arrange & provide meeting & appointments (meeting), takes minutes when required.
•  To manage the document flow in and out in the purchasing department and other administration support.
•  To assist in drafting and sending out the official tender document and following up on the tender responses
•  To manage petty cash purchasing
•  To check and verify the correctness of clearances, forwarder and shipping companies’ invoices prior passing to superior for approval and follow up with finance for the payment
•  To support other general tasks assigned by Manager

Note: The company provides transportation and meal allowance for employees at lunch.
