Now we are seeking for dynamic, energetic and committed candidates to full fill the position of Accountant bass in Phnom Penh.

+ Education:

•  College

+ Experience:

•  Experience related to interiors design and contraction company
•  Ability to work independently
•  Ability to learn continuously
•  Ability to manage and control human resources
•  Good health

+ Skills:

•  Foreign language skill, Ability to read technical documents in English
•  Skill to proficiently use graphic software
•  Communication skill with superiors

•  Receive quotation, quality, payment method, delivery time from the person in charge of the supplier.
•  Receive PR / production detailed information from the plan or PM of the construction sites
•  Create purchase orders on the system and contracts (if any)
•  For import, send import declaration to the import and export department
•  Print, submit PO and contract for signing as stipulated
•  Send PO or contract to supplier
•  Feedback the time that materials and goods arrive at the factory or construction sites to relevant people.
•  Check the delivered materials and goods and send information for final acceptance, receive goods for QC, warehouse or PM of the construction sites if the materials and goods are purchased for the construction sites.
•  Settle the complaints about the quantity, quality, delivery schedule, documents from involved departments
•  Monitor and gather proof of purchase and transfer to accounting department
•  Monitor the payment plan and feedback the payment information to the supplier.
