Responsible for planning and directing quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives. Familiar with a variety of QA system concepts, practices, and procedures. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Able to control quality for welding, paint coating, electrical assembly, testing and documentation.

•  Bachelor degree or higher in related field. 
•  2-3 years experienced with electrical product is preferable. 
•  Professional, well organized, punctual, friendly attitude.
•  Good Khmer and English written and spoken.
•  Ability to establish work priorities, work independently, and to proceed work without supervision.
•  Motivate team work with technicians.
•  Skilled Microsoft word excel.
•  Be able to work on AutoCAD, Solid Works, Solid Edge Sketchup, would be an advantage.

•  Prepare QA/QC document for each product.
•  Manages and maintains the Company’s quality inspection and product released. 
•  Sets Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved. 
•  Ensure good packaging for all products before delivery.
