•  Ensure safety or minimum stock is enough to support operation and project (Reorder Level)
•  Ensure the availability of stock to win project or customer requirement. -
•  Work closely with Sale Department and Accountant Department to ensure stock status is being updated.
•  Make purchase request for any inventory item to fulfill the stock need. 
•  Make sure all documents related to logistics, and transportation are well organized 
•  Ensure packing, invoice and BL documents are accurate. 
•  Make sure the container arrives on time and follows import schedule. 
•  Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics and warehouse management systems.
•  Control and monitor all transport process to ensure all the product reaches the destination on time within cost efficiency. 
•  Receive the inventory in system and return if any problems occur. 
•  Direct contact with supplier for purchase order or when problems arise. 
•  Calculate the shipping cost. 
•  Ensure that movement of every single inventory item, follow the process, have enough document support and well record in system.
