•  At least 4 years of work experience with Sales Management preferably cosmetic, FMCG, or medical product and able to manage a big team
•  Dynamic and creative person in autonomous, time-flexible, good leadership, analytical, strong communication, planning and implementing skills and networking.
•  Multi-lingual (Khmer and English) is required. Speaking Chinese is an advantage.
•  Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
•  Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and limited deadline
•  Flexible to travel to various provinces.

•  Set yearly sales target break down by month by area and by segment in line with overall sales & business development strategy 
•  Build good relationship with key accounts, handling key merchants as a projects manager from time to time and on case by case 
•  Manage and guide team independently on daily basis on planning, proposing, and execution of merchant development program 
•  Play structural HR functions in your area of management (staff performance appraisal, staff daily checking , staff development, motivation, coaching and recommendation for change)
•  Improve communication level in and cross department in designated area as well as communications to Pi Pay Headquarters
•  Conduct regular meeting (as needed) to update sales, distribution, competition, post-event evaluation, brainstorming, strategy and future direction
•  Make all agreements are executed in an organized and structure manner, with timely delivery of tasks to relevant parties 
•  Provide full support on general projects and merchant development program, including staff and merchant trainings
•  Manage and provide coaching to team members
•  Manage and control on the overall expenses of the branches
•  Provide relevant reports to head office and superior
•  Performance related tasks assigned by superiors from time to time
