Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite

Good in writing/speaking/listening English (Chinese is a plus).

Job Duties :

Survey and inspect properties as assigned by Manager
-
调研和检查上司吩咐的项目
-
Collecting information and assist manger to conduct professional property valuation reports
-
收据信息和协助经理完善专业估价报告
-
Well follow up requirement of customer
-
强于跟进客人需求
-
Make sure to complete the report and give feedback to customer on time
-
确保完成报告并及时回复给客人
-
Responsible to delivery any of valuation confidential report to client properly
-
负责去送估价报告给客户
-
Counter check and clear about client’s requirement
-
保证及时处理客人所需条件和事件
-
Other tasks assign by management
-
其他事项由上司吩咐
