•  Bachelor's degree of Arts in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related fields;
•  Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of Administration Management or Operations Management;
•  Possess strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, negotiation skills;
•  Be able to solve problems and make reasonable decision;
•  Be honest and trustworthy;
•  Be willing to go extra miles to complete tasks.

•  Oversee daily operation of the property management, which includes customer service, housekeeping, security, and maintenance;
•  Oversee the daily operation of health and fitness club;
•  Ensure the quality service delivered to residents and clients;
•  Prepare annual operational budget plan and ensure the profitability of the property management;
•  Lead each department in the property management to develop the standard of operation to ensure the efficiency and smooth operation of the property management;
•  Lead HR/Admin team to recruit to fill in all vacancies;
•  Provide training and coaching to subordinates to improve their required skills in each position;
•  Other tasks deemed relevant assigned by the management.
