•  Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical and Energy Engineering
•  Excellent written and verbal English skills and experienced in writing proposal. 
•  At least 2-3 years experiences in related industry or field. 
•  Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD is a plus.
•  Highly computer literate and experienced with standard MS Office applications MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 
•  Good knowledge and understanding in electrical supply and switchboard manufacturing. 
•  Familiar with rules, regulations and performance standards.
•  Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
•  Project management and supervision skills.
•  Decision making ability and leadership skills.
•  Time management and organizational skills. 
•  Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision.

•  Develop and manage budget for each project work.
•  To ensure smooth order entry process of serving items to customer.
•  Efficient completion of the sales cycle including account receivable collections.
•  Check and monitor and follow-up pending quotations of projects. 
•  Direct communication with the vendor for all aspects of the product from quote to installation. 
•  Establish connection in the production. 
•  Representing the client’s or organization’s interests.
•  Provide advice on the management of projects. 
•  To ensure the sale targets are met.
•  Maintain project calendar and milestones.
•  Provide input for development of new resource planning tool and resourcing process.
•  Develop an insightful analytical tool used by strategy owners to inform resource requests, execution decisions, strategy choices and potential trade-off needs.
•  Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status. 
•  Manage, supervise and control multiple projects through project life cycle.
•  Completing tasks assigned by the technical coordinator manager accurately and efficiently.
