• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer or
• Master degree of Business Administration
• At least 3 years in management role
• At least 5 years in sales experiences 
• With some experiences in the Construction industry is a plus
• Good commend in Chinese or English
• Knowledge in Auto-cad, Ms Project...ect
• High Critical Thinking
• High Problem Solving
• Able to work as team
• Work under pressure

• To make sure that all the steel buildings sold by the company are erected in a safe manner and in strict compliance with company’s erection guidelines
• Manage the resources under supervision of the department to make sure it maintains the image and standards of an International Projects Management company.
• Manage the provision of Site Technical Services supervision before & during erection PEB.
• Evaluate and choose sub-contractors.
• Prepare all documents needed to site coordinator and to subcontractor. 
• Handle Site Problem Claims 
• Handle Variety Orders (V.O) by customers in co-ordination with Sale Department.
• Make sure and follow up all projects handling are on time schedule. 
• Follow up with customer to obtain minutes of acceptance without delay.
• Issue Site progress report to financial department to submit Payment progress claim to customer by following the contract signing.
• Conduct any meeting if necessary (company meeting with department related, customer, site meeting). 
• Obtain clear and meaningful photos of the project during erection and after completion and send them to marketing department. Approve site claims up to an amount of 250 USD; all claims above this amount must be approved by Operation Director.
