Freshy Juice Company is the frontrunner brand in Cambodian since its introduction in October 2011. We are pleased to invite qualified applicants who shall work with interest, effort and the spirit for challenges. Now we are finding the dynamic candidate to fill the: 

•  Coordinating with subordinates and monitor the progress of tasks assigned to them.
•  Checking of work done by subordinates (drawings, site instruction forms to contractor, etc.) to minimize mistakes.
•  Decision making and helping subordinates for problem solving.
•  Site walks and liaises with contractor’s project manager for site issues and progress monitoring.
•  Coordinating with upper management and suppliers for materials selection, calling of quotations and propose selection of suppliers.
•  Correspondences with consultants, contractor and suppliers through emails.

•  Plans, guide and delegates tasks to the subordinates (Engineers, architects, quantity surveyor, supervisor)
•  Liaise with contractors and consultants for site and design matters.
•  Overseeing quality control and quality assurance of works done by contractors.
•  Keeping records from contractors and documenting project details update in company database.
•  Understand project specification, scope of work, contract documents, project schedule.
•  Evaluate the progress of project and to ensure the schedule is followed steadily by contractors
•  Cost estimation and cost control.
•  Identify mistakes in drawings or works done by contractors to minimize risk and cost overrun.
•  Decision making and conduct research to find solutions for problems occurring at site.
•  Sourcing materials and negotiating prices with suppliers.
