• Degree of Finance and Banking, Accounting, or other related fields
• ACCA or CAT qualifiers are preferred
• Proven management leadership skills
• Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to coordinate with tough people, facilitate on complicated matters, and adapt to the diverse working environment
• Excellent in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system 
• Minimum 5 to 8 years as the Finance Manager in an aviation related industry.

• Manage overall financial and administration activities to achieve financial goals
• Work closely with senior management in preparation of the business plan and operational budget based on the phases of the project
• Analyze and reviews the budget plan periodically
• Establish financial and administrative process and procedures 
• Monitor and manage expenditures within the budget
• Review all invoices and make the relevant payments in a timely manner
• Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all financial records
• Lead on the preparation of all monthly and annual finance reports in a timely manner
• Identify and resolve financial and administrative issues
• Liaise with the auditors and regulators to ensure full compliance to the accounting standards 
• Provide adhoc support to the Project team if required.
