Job Requirement :

Love fitness & sports.
BA/BS degree in Structural, Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Computer Literate: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, AutoCAD, Internet.
Languages: Khmer & English, additional is a plus.
3 - 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Background and knowledge of the construction & development industry of Cambodia.
High level of analytical capability.
Problem solving minded.
Strong communication skills across all levels in the company.

Job Duties :

Know your Sports Construction products range and complete solutions offered by SEARA.
To be responsible for assigned project until it is fully completed.
Follow and update the status of projects regularly.
Manage resources of the company with low costs.
Examine and control the quality of installment based on its standard until delivery.
Be the company’s professional representative to contact with customers’ representative on-site.
Submit working plans to customers after being assigned.
Provide written report to customers in case there is any problem in the project.
Coordinate the progress of projects with relevant departments (product reimbursement, payment phase, and sales team).
Control skilled labors to meet the standard and control contractors.
Prepare site report and submit to HO.
Design plans / procedures for the assigned projects.
Plan service as guaranteed after delivery.
Plan process of transportation to site.
Manage Timeline meeting and provide advice regarding working process prior to working. (Project Kick Off Meeting)
Examine on-site preparedness before approving staffs to start working.
Study the range of work and inform TL in order to work as assigned.
Review the work with check list prior to delivery.
Follow and update the status of process and cost regularly.
Manage projects expenses not to exceed the budget. (PCF)
Manage materials, supplies, labors, schedules, procedures, and priority of assigned projects.
Monitor cost, material expenses, and working hours in the assigned project.
Solve on-site problems and report or request for HO’s opinion properly.
Withdraw and return materials, labors, and supplies used in the project.
Make materials & supplies purchase orders other than those in stock.
Prepare hiring contractors contract request.
Monitor onsite materials/supplies to be stored properly.
Take care staff, make sure they are working in good environment.
Examine the finished work whether it meets the standard including delivery to customers.
Guarantee works with after sales warranty as indicated.
Control contractors’ standard.
Take photos before and after working and attach with Site Report.
Analyze pros and cons of the project and attach with Site Report.
Analyze and summarize Site Report when the project is completed.
Clarify, demonstrate, and explain the procedures of maintaining field/documents regarding field maintenance to customers.
Produce Site Reports and submit to the Country Manager weekly.
Manage product training to sales department and relevant departments.
Positive and constructive team spirit: sharing success stories, quality matters, customer feedback, encourage and motivate team members to reach better results as a team.
Able to work under pressure in managing various important fast-paced projects.
Display positive attitude, willing to learn and expand knowledge in the sales of fitness equipment & sports construction solutions as well as personal development.
