As Foreman of JAK Full Energy, you will be in charge of the professional solar systems installation team and will report to the Project Manager.

• Electrical engineering degree or equal experience.
• Good communication skills in English and Khmer (spoken and written).
• Good, friendly and sensitive communication skills with customers, owners, suppliers and others in the company.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with work without supervision.
• People management skills to manage, motivate and coach the technicians.
• Driver license (or willing to obtain one).
• Skilled in Microsoft word and excel.
• Able to work with CAD software (AutoCad) would be an advantage.
• Special requirements
• Willing to work limited overtime, holidays and weekends requested by the Project Manager.
• Regular travel to our workshop in Kean Svay.

• Work with sales and engineering team to prepare project installations (Site visit, Mechanical & Electrical drawings, and materials procurement).
• Overseeing and contributing to the assembly, installation and maintenance of professional solar systems.
• Manage your team in order to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes.
• Ensure attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and safety.
• Help the sale team to make quotations.
