•  Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical or higher level.
•  Good personality, strong commitment.
•  Able to work under pressure and hot environment.
•  Able to work in shift rotation (day and night).
•  Good in English both written and spoken.
•  Bask knowledge in computer.
•  Experience in frontline leadership

•  Ensure that production line is smooth running with high efficiency.
•  Control and maintain quality product per company standard requirement.
•  Make sure GMP, safe and 5S are implemented.
•  Ensure implementation daily report and order material for production.
•  Organize production team and develop operator skill capability.
•  Control packaging material usage and availability.
