On April 2013, DENSO had been established the new subsidiary company named Denso (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, starting its operation in Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ). 

DENSO (Cambodia) provides 13th salary, yearly salary increment, transportation, 3 meals per day, and OT.

•  Education: From Associate degree or vocational training and up in any fields (Mechanic is preferred)
•  Have leadership skill
•  Primary mathematics ability
•  Can use English for communication 
•  Moderate or above in MS Office i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
•  Open mind & team work mind
•  Friendliness toward all employees
•  Have experience in development of subordinates / workers is advantage. 
•  Have experience in manufacturing is advantage.

• Check the progress of production in comparison to the plan and handle with abnormality/error (NG).
•  Can understand production steps & production flows.
•  Can check the achievement status of production volume and quality level in comparison to the plan. 
•  Can judge abnormality (NG) and implement appropriate countermeasures.
•  Patrol all production lines and find/improve unsafe behavior & dangerous portion.
•  Make/Revise Work Procedure Sheet & Operation Manual.
•  Can understand safety & Quality points.
•  Can teach and guide operator the work procedures. 
•  Can show the good example of work procedures and instruct production staff through actual job.
•  Improve work procedures of production staff. Have enough knowledge about improvement of production process & work efficiency
• * Understand TIE basics, QC 7 tools, Manpower management for operation productivity improvement is advantage.
