CROWN Beverage Cans Sihanoukville Limited is a part of CROWN Asia operations. We are the world’s packaging leaders and we are a manufacturing plant producing aluminum beverage cans & ends in Cambodia.

•5 years technical bias course in mechanical/electrical/production engineering
•2-3 years experience in management/supervisory role, preferably high speed manufacturing
•Good written and spoken English
•Able to coordinate a team to operate and maintain the process equipment
•Able to work shifts and self motivated team player

•Lead the team to achieve manufacturing targets. 
•Maintain productivity by coordinating / controlling the resources;
•Ensure tasks have been completed and recorded on a shift basis i.e. daily PM&R, housekeeping, spoilage, material usage by the Team Members;
•Ensure Environment, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures are followed by the Team Members.
•Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within the Department.
