• Bachelor Degree Of Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or Related Field
• 2 Year experience in product training or Related Positions.
• Understanding of building materials.
• Good personal presence and speaking ability
• Excellent organizational and customer service orientation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent follow-through capabilities
• Excellent computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Internet and E-mail. 

• Train internal staff on products/services.
• Teach and develop skills regarding the use and selling of company products.
• Responsible for follow-up assessments of product knowledge and selling skills they have coached.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training completed
• Ability to adjust training methods based upon evaluation and feedback from assessments.
• Demonstrate the ability on speaking to product specifics, conducting proper customer interactions and resolving customer issues.
• Instructor lead product demonstrations to customers.
• Assist in-store training team with department specific training programs.
• Other Duties as Assigned by Manager.
