• Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing or IT Business or relevant equivalent
• At least 2 years experiences in related fields
• Good knowledge of Teleco product , VAS & Market
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications
• Good communication in English or Chinese
• Ability in Telecom  product development
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Demonstrate good negotiation skills to different level people
• Be punctual, honest, work hard, fast learner and flexible
• High commitment and result oriented person.

I-Product Specialist (Telco): 

• Develop and implement  Telco product in line with short term and long term product development strategies;
• Analyze consumer, market and competitors to make sure the product offered is creative and innovative;
• Prepare the necessary infrastructure and process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of product road map roll-out;
• Ensure reaching revenue target from Telco.
• Provide business case study for each initiated products such as competitors' products, comparisons in local and global Telco.
• Preparation of daily and weekly pipeline report
• Conduct the product training to sales staff or related person
• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

II-Product Specialist (VAS+VOIP): 

• Promotion and VAS Product implementation
• Provide report on system performance, licensing, and others which required by Commercial Department
• Integration of VAS services with content providers
• System monitoring, administration and trouble shooting for both Internal and External VAS Services (SMS, USSD, IVR, CRBT, etc.)
• Follow-up and coordinate with BOSS support to resolve problems on VAS Platform
• Support Back Office to resolve complaint
• Implementing of SMS routing for local and international operator both direct and indirection partner (MACH, Sybase, HGC, Aicent Hub)
