•  A degree of Marketing or other related field
•  At least 02 year experience in product management
•  Strong team working skill
•  Active and willing to travel and learn
•  Good communication skill 
•  Good command of English
•  Knowledgeable in Microsoft office

•  Assist Product Management Manager in developing new products and services to align with bank’s strategy. 
•  Do competitive surveys and make recommendation to management for enhancing the products and services.
•  Review with credit management, credit MIS to improve the product program.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  To develop the new products and services to align with bank’s strategy
•  To modify, enhance and improve existing products and services to respond to customer’s need 
•  To work with Marketing and Sales team for products and services promotion and campaign so as to ensure that the Bank meets its targets in volume and profitability
•  To compare the products and services which are provided by competitors 
•  To prepare relevant reports for internal use
•  To act as a backup to the Product Management Manager in his/ her absence 
•  Other duties that Management may require from time to time.
