•  Medical background as Medical Doctor, Pharmacist
•  Minimum 2 year experience in multinational pharmaceutical company 
•  High response and commit the objective yearly budget target
•  Challenge and willing to learn and growth
•  Good in communication and teamwork mood
•  Computer literacy
•  English proficiency

•  Assist BLM in developing promotional materials, organizing marketing activities
•  Product presentation during Scientific meetings
•  Monitor and follow up sales progress
•  Field coaching and capacity improvement for the subordinates
•  Collect feedback on the competitor activities & proactive
•  Build good relationship with KOLs and key prescribers
•  New marketing initiative and challenging process
•  Strategic planning and implementation
•  Conducting market research and market analysis to keep a track on the competitors activities
•  Training, developing and guiding the field staff to make them efficient enough to achieve their sales objectives.
•  Evaluating staff performance and sales performance (user awareness and out-let performance)
