Currently, LOLC serves more than 209,820 clients with loans outstanding of more than 204 million USD. To support the rapid growth of our operations, LOLC is recruiting one (01) below position.

Job Requirement :
  • Have at least a bachelor degree in finance and banking, accounting, business administrative, marketing or equivalent;
  • Have at least three years’ experience working at banks or MFIs with at least the past 3 years in a supervisory / managerial position in product development (including policy & procedure writing) or related field- experience of team management;
  • Have knowledge of business and management principles involved in research and product development;
  • Good banking product knowledge;
  • Knowledge of fee based product, card and e-banking is a priority;
  • Good English skills, including writing, speaking, reading and listening;
  • Be computer literate – MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Visio, and other data analytical software
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work well both in a team and independently; and
  • Have the ability to initiate and prioritize multi-tasks, and work well and meet deadlines under pressure.
Job Duties :
  • Work closely with the Research and Product Development team to analyze market trends and create concrete plans for both the development of new product & services, and the refinement of existing product & service including retail financial services and digital banking products, while staying in line with LOLC’s strategies and expansion plans;
  • Be initiative in new retail financial services and digital banking products design and existing product refinement, which may require to conduct feasibility studies, develop retail financial services and digital banking product conceptions, test prototypes, and finalize their features to position LOLC as a major player among Cambodian MFIs;
  • Assist Deputy Head/ Head of Business Development in developing comprehensive and strong business case and proposal for LOLC management and board approval;
  • Design and write clear and comprehensive policies and procedures of both new and existing retail financial services and digital banking products. Ensure practicality and compliance of existing retail financial services and digital banking products;
  • Actively participate in new retail financial services and digital banking products pilot tests and roll-outs, and give proper feedback;
  • Monitor and evaluate pilot-tests of new and refined retail financial services and digital banking products to ensure that the retail financial services and digital banking products are optimally developed and meet customer needs;
  • Cooperate with all other relevant departments within the institution to develop and improve products and processes to ensure that all related tasks in other departments are given and completed according to new designs and/or improved products;
  • Train related parties (especially trainers) about policies and procedures regarding new retail financial services and digital banking products to ensure that the retail financial services and digital banking products are implemented well;
  • Regularly perform analyses on the costs and prices of LOLC’s retail financial services and digital banking products to ensure LOLC’s pricing schemes across retail financial services and digital banking products are optimal;
  • Provide technical support to branches and instruct all relevant staff to make sure that they comply with company policy; and
