• Bachelor Degree or Master in the field of Marketing, or banking, finance, or management;
• At least three years of relevant experience in the micro-finance sector or banking sector (experience as product development is preferred);
• Familiarity with commonly used tools for market analysis 
• Excellent understanding of affinity with the rural economy and micro-finance issues;
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving, and decision making skills 
• Good Time management and stress management skills
• Be able to use Computer MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email
• Be Patience, Honest, and trustworthy
• Problem-solving and decision-taking skills, leadership and excellent communication skills;
• Self-discipline

• Assist Operation Manager in preparation of financial product; 
• Assist Operation Manager in planning and organizing all product development activities; 
• Monitor and analyze the data and trend of product and services in order to enhance and optimize the product image and to maximize product profitability; 
• Integrate the market analysis and business forecast, generate idea on product features development and recommend appropriate pricing strategy; 
• Coordinate with relevant department/unit to perform the credit lending product and prepare proposal for new product/product revamp; 
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities; 
• Define, develop and execute the annual strategic marketing plan through gathering and analyzing market research data; 
• Review and report business status, effectiveness of the marketing campaigns ; 
• Define product promotion and positioning for defined segments; 
• Develop and execute marketing program to promote BNKC’s brand.
