Founded in 1982, Chip Mong Group (CMG) is one of the largest diversified groups in Cambodia with businesses ranging from property development, beer and beverages, to manufacturing and distribution of building materials, concrete, and cement. •  Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
•  At least 2 years of experience in procurement in familiar operation 
•  Knowledge of computer program (MS. Office, SAP system) 
•  English language: Good in writing, speaking, and listening

•  Contractual Management (be able to read contract and develop upon standard template)

•  Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority
•  Negotiate beneficial terms and conditions for the organization
•  Follow company’s policies/procedures, complying at all times and suggesting improvements
•  Determine required delivery dates so as to ensure that sufficient time is allowed to obtain best specification and pricing
•  Work with departments to ensure that sufficient inventory is in place so as to allow continuous supplies to our customers
•  Participate in all S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
•  Constantly follow up with suppliers so as to ensure that products and services are delivered on time and to the standard agreed.
•  Maintain relationships with existing suppliers whilst Identifying and researching new suppliers 
•  Work with suppliers to create beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders involved with our organization.
•  Obtain feedback from the organization on the products and services provided.
•  Prepare, maintain and analysis purchasing records, reports and price lists
•  On time submission of a monthly procurement reports 
•  Collaborate with all departments so as to improve the general performance of the organization i.e. visiting operations, suppliers, etc.
•  Perform other duties as assigned i.e. projects, etc.
•  Handle on CRT Plant
