• Bachelor Degree, major in HR Management, Business Administration or any similar field
• At least three-year experience in hospitality, F&B Management/Supervision background
• Microsoft Office programs
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer, knowledge of other Asian languages will be an added advantage
• Good planning & organizing skills
• Self-initiative, people oriented and strong leadership skill.
• Integrity and good coordination skill

• Monthly report to Site Administrative Manager (for tasks have been completed, being in process and going to be implemented.
• Proper range file: report from MEP, room maid, cleaner & gardener, dining & canteen
• Arrange and manage monthly inventory budget proposal.
• Conduct yearly proper system of wear & tear or lost & found record and make budget proposal for replacement.
• Oversee on meeting room decoration and its hygiene.
• Control process of uniforms/ linen in & out with same quality and quantity.
• Coordinate well with clerk for monthly linen count stock
• Work closely with general maintenance officer that all defects to be fixed on time with effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage laundry service, Gardening, waste management.
• Manage outsourcing services providers
• Supervision of the Accommodation, Dining Building & Canteen, GYM, Service Building etc.
