•Bachelor’s degree level education in HR, management or similar field.
•Professional training, diploma or certification in Business Analysis, HR similar field of expertise
•At least 3 years of work experiences in Compensation & Benefit
•Good understanding and working experience in HR. Experience in Life Insurance is an added advantage.
•Good knowledge of HR, Compensation & Benefit, labor compliance, automation, data analytic and operational risk
•Good communications skills, both spoken and written in English and Khmer
•Personal traits: Initiative; self-driver, team player, detailed and meticulous
