•  Proven experience as inventory supervisor or similar position.
•  Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
•  Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
•  Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
•  An analytical mind with strong math skills.
•  Excellent organizational and planning skills.
•  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
•  Reliable and trustworthy.
•  BA in business administration, logistics or relevant field.
•  Relevant qualifications will be a plus.

• Make PO and submit to finance for approval up on receive parts request from Service advisors or Parts counter sellers.
•  Coordinate and work with logistic in tracking of shipment and update and response for parts delivery date 
•  Implement inventory process and secures parts stock such as fast moving medium slow body parts and accessories 
•  Coordinates in parts service activities of entire parts team
•  Coordinate and work with parts suppliers either local and oversea for parts purchasing and parts warranty
•  Provide vehicle parts price up on request by service contract sellers team 
•  Update master list of parts selling price
•  Update PO in the list of parts ordering status daily
•  Monitor and check parts stock input and output in daily 
•  Develop parts inventory skills/share experience within the parts department
•  Corrective measures in response to audits, quality checks/controls etc.
•  Implement Customer satisfaction with regards to service activities
•  Daily records of parts fill rate and turnover rate
•  Daily meeting within parts team for pre-picking parts
•  Communication and promotion of the parts department
•  Handle customers’ complaint immediately and according to company’s guideline
•  Perform effectively other duties assigned related to business areas.
