It provides user-centric services covering Broadband network, OTT Internet TV, mobile TV, and DTT wireless digital TV services. Cambodian SingMeng Telemedia owns and operates the most advance optic network covering 25 provinces in Cambodia. 

•  BA or Master Degree in engineering with a Marketing specialization
•  At least 5 years’ experience in terminals engineering or marketing in Telecom Operator/ISP or TV service providers.
•  Proven track record of achieving business targets, e.g. revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction in Telecom/ISP/TV service industry.
•  Strong competence in developing new market and new revenue.
•  Fundamental knowledge of telecom network and TV service.
•  Proficiency bilingual in Khmer/English or English/Chinese is preferable.

•  Market survey, competition benchmarking and industry/innovation market intelligence on fix broadband terminal and TV set top box
•  Based on Telecom Industry innovation and Company strategy, define the company strategy on hardware devices to ensure competitiveness and development of new products and services.
•  Define specifications of company hardware line-up and design product portfolio according to company’s strategy
•  Projects follow-up with engineering team to ensure launch of new features or products as per specifications
•  Ensure marketing interface with vendors to follow-up their line-up and commitment to deliver requested products
•  Continuous professional development and effective performance management.
