• All information / other input data including (Notification, work order, cost centers, account numbers, equipment master data) entered 100% accurately onto SAP system. 
• All information entered on time – no process delays.
• Back up user trained and competent (PM Planner).
• To handle for create, Release, Printed work order all machinery of KHB passed to engineering staffs of department head (PM01, PM02, PM03 & PM04).
• Weekly, Monthly tracking outstanding PM and Work order in SAP system with engineering staffs or Department head. 
• Attach spare parts onto PM and Work order in SAP system. 
• Completed PM and Work order after engineering staffs or Department head completed work (Business Completed and Time confirmation). 
• Backup spare part store clerk when store clerk absent. 
• Stationary supported for engineering staffs needed to use (Book, pen, coffee, paper, rule …). 
• Keep and control all document manual of machinery in engineering office. 
• Daily writing of morning meeting of engineering staffs to assigned work other roles, Responsibilities term and conditions remain the same
