• Maintaining communication resource files.
• Updating stock and inventory.
• Follow-up the sales process and keep in touch with the sale manager.
• Monitoring project including time schedule, financial constraints, and quality specifications.
• Identify, control and develop purchasing processes and practices, to ensure the best value for expenditure on products.
• Preparing the specifications & making the Purchase order.
• Asking the approval from the director and the chairman.
• Double-check carefully to specifications that we have ordered before and after the purchase order.
• Coordinate and manage all purchasing activities assigned by Manager
• Purchase all items mostly with oversea supplier.
• Making the budget, ensuring the safety at the work place and sale management
• Able to work independent
• Perform other duties as assigned by Top Management.
