• Master and Bachelor Association business, engineer relate field
• 2-3 experiences Outbound transport operation
• Familiar with SAP ERP system is highly desired but not mandatory
• Strong of Microsoft Office, internet email.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer, knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus
• Be respectful transparent dealing others, commitment, accountable, integrity, flexible, accept responsibility delivering outcomes
• Willing to work as a team good organizational inter-personal skills, reliable, honest trustworthy person

• Continuous performance tracking
• Manage team to solve GAP
• Review dispatching process compare with standard document
• Manage team to align document together
• Review audit to maintain standard
• Control using budget
• Agree with Operation, Plant and S&OP on dispatching and outbound logistics
• Review dispatching polices
• Create dispatching control action plan align with department policies
• Implement and control per planed
• Review training need of employee in truck, railway and material handling staff 
• Perform the environmental aspect
