Job Requirement :
  • At least Bachelor degree or equivalent;
  • 2 years of related experience in banking/Microfinance operations; Process Improvement
  • Good knowledge of front/back office processes and procedures; and related controls;
  • Knowledge and understanding of related financial products and policies;
  • Good organization and execution skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent problem identification & resolution skills;
Job Duties :
  • Report to : Operations Manager
  • Introduce and reinforce the Customer Service Model to create great service experience for customers at Over-the-Counter (OTC)
  • Work with other related stakeholders to deal with customer complaints that cannot be solved by the front line staff
  • Reinforce the implementation day-to-day activities of OTC at all offices to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines, and communicate to branch about risk trends and issue to increases awareness and minimize loss
  • Collect feedback from front line staffs, call center helpdesk report and other sources, and evaluating the effectiveness of OTC business processes and practices for improvement or changes
  • Collaborate with other related departments for improvement or change on OTC related policies and procedures
  • Embed best practice and focus on doing things more efficiently and effectively
  • Support and encourage the knowledge, capability, confidence and motivation amongst branch staff to drive staff engagement and branch outperformance
  • Provide regular customer service report and take action accordingly
  • Any other task as deemed necessary and requested by Operations Manager
