• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related programs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Assist the F&B Operations Manager in organizing and implementing strategy
• Coordinate with Manager to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends
• Participate in customer meetings and distribute minutes of meeting to the operations team
• Support procurement and resolving operational issues.
