•  Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in Banking & Finance, -
•  Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;
•  Minimum 5 to 7 years working experience in banking industry or related field; especially, 
•  Customer service and leadership
•  Be able to lead, coach , train the team and can work under pressure
•  Good at written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus
•  Good at interpersonal skill and problem solving
•  Computer Literate, in particular Microsoft Office application
•  High commitment and self-direct 
•  Strong communication and problem solving skill
•  Having experience in leading the team
