•  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field.
•  More than 2 years experience in life insurance industry in Cambodia.
•  Visionary and possess strong leadership skills.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Strong in quantitative analysis.
•  Strong in negotiation skills.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
•  Proficient in verbal and written English and Khmer.

•  Facilitate with customers, agents and medical provider.
•  Evaluate the applicant’s risk.
•  Consult with medical underwriter when making decision whether to accept or reject the application.
•  Supervising on Policy Owner Service.
•  Technically involve in daily operation.
•  Deal with external entities to ensure excellent Policy Owner Service.
•  Prepare monthly report for Life Operation department.
•  Other tasks assigned by management.
