• Bachelor degree in Marketing and business or related professional qualification
• At least 2 year experience with this position
• Good communication with English or Chinese if possible

• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment

• Good looking appearance, positive attitude, high responsible, flexible, challenging, and honest.

• Supervise operations of sales team.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team. After that evaluate performance of sales staff are needed.
• Monitoring the team’s performance
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople by set individual sales targets with sales team.
• Team working background and collaborative outgoing personality
• Plan and direct sales team training. After that provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Generate timely sales reports
• Develop pricing schedules and rates, develop promotional ideas and material and formulate sales policies and procedures
• Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis. Through this analyze data to identify sales opportunities are needed.
• Other Duties as Assigned by General Manager.
