Introduction :

TrueMoney is a (mobile) payment provider in Cambodia that enables customers, who are typically "un-banked", to access financial services using their mobile phone or/and the TrueMoney agent network (Terminal POS). TrueMoney is building a network of TrueMoney agents, and strategic partners to provide a suite of financial payments services.

Job Requirement :
  •  Offline Marketing Manager Skills and Qualifications:
  •  Management experience more than 2 years.
  •  Direct experience in managing ads optimization both ATL and BTL channels. 
  •  Good communication skills, up to dated understanding in marketing.
  •  Ability to manage workloads, experience working on multiple projects, ability to explain complex matters.
  •  Leadership and willingness to take direction from senior members, data analysis, understanding of Wallet and Remittance Business, experienced delivery expert in good design, and passion.
Job Duties :
  •  Direct report to: Head of Marketing
  •  Communicate with Head of Division, and regional teams to plan projects within budget.
  •  Manage company expectations with day-to-day reporting and explanation of requirements of analysis, specification, design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis.
  •  Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan.
  •  Delivery of financial reporting and forecasting to senior team members and other stakeholders.
  •  Manage external contactors or agencies and subordinates to ensure they produce on deadline.
  •  Help to grow the team and delegation.
  •  Project management of marketing, communication, branding opportunities to create reports
  •  Work with project management team on improvements of company/product communication
  •  Analyze, research, insight, and feedback from users or key stakeholders.
  •  Testing and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Experience in managing marketing campaign and communication management.
  •  Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. 
  •  Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies.
  •  Evaluating competitors and researching demand for the organization's products and services.
  •  Building brand awareness, positioning, and valuating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
  •  Work closely with cross-functional teams within marketing and the organization to deliver, track and analyze successful marketing campaigns across several touchpoints. 
  •  Help grow the digital team and manage direct leads setting out frameworks, KPI’s and conducting performance evaluations
  •  Work closely with the Head Marketing to report metrics and recommendations to management

  •  An eye for user experience and design details
  •  Strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on team collaboration and experience working with digital agencies
  •  Experience reporting brand and SOV matric.
