•  Bachelor degree or fresh graduate in the field  of Computer Science or Information Technology
•  Minimum of one (1) year experiences in IT at Bank
•  General knowledge regarding network, general support, design, software application etc.
•  Be honest, high commitment, and flexible
•  Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team
•  Able to communicate well in English

•  As an Officer, IT Support, you will be in charge of:
•  Maintain bank’s server and staff’s PCs on IT related issues
•  Manage sharing resources, map drive and printer server
•  Install MB WIN System, configuration and support
•  Backup and restore database on SQL Server 2008R2
•  Support user and trouble shooting
•  Maintain printer and scanner
•  Install configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer, scanner and camera security
•  Prepare weekly report and other necessary reports to manager
•  Other tasks assigned by manager
