Job Requirement :
  •  Degree in marketing or other related fields
  •  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  •  Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service or call center is a plus advantage
  •  Good oral and written communication in both Khmer and English
  •  Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
Job Duties :
  •  Respond to customer enquiries on the phone or e-mail related to products policies and procedures or refer to appropriate team to
  •  Respond in a timely to ensure customer satisfaction
  •  Be customer assistance and handle customer complains or issues by providing friendliness and responsive customer service on the
  •  phone or e-mail to customers to make sure all complains and issues are solved properly
  •  Record the information and feedback from customers to ensure they are available for further usage.
