•  A Degree in accounting or finance or law or relevant subjects;
•  At least 3 years’ experience in banking branch operations
•  Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment ;
•  Strong understanding of compliance at branches;
•  Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills is essential;
•  Good communication skills and a strong team player;
•  Fluent in verbal and written English;
•  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships;
•  Complete literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

•  To be responsible for branch compliance and AML/CFT matters across branches;
•  To escalate and report branch compliance and AML/CFT issue(s) across branches;
•  To build strong compliance culture at branch through sharing of best practices and monitoring of branch compliance and AML/CFT obligations across branches;
•  To prepare all relevant compliance reports across branches;
•  To conduct AML/CFT check, Customer Risk Profile, Compliance alert clearing & other compliance and AML/CFT matters; Risk Change across branches
•  To check account opening form / banking transactions and validate Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD), and other required documents across branches;
•  Conduct Annual Review on relevant customers across branches;
•  Conduct regular & surprise checks on various operations / sales compliance
