• Bachelor degree in Civil or Hydraulic Engineering
• 5 years experiences in civil works, especially with irrigation project
• Be able to operation AutoCad, Civil 3D and other applications relating to the design and quantity estimates.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good speaking in English is more advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure

• Assist construction manager in planning work program 
• Prepare detail drawings, Shop/As-built drawings and documentation. 
• Maintain close contact with design team and construction manager.
• Help in program the work
• Check works are done with specification, regulations and contract.
• Help to estimate quantity calculation base on the construction drawing
• Liaise with others field engineer for monitoring the works and compliance with drawing.
• Collect daily field report and summary
