•  Minimum 3 years in IP routing skills. Experience Transmission Networking, IP, ISP experience is more desirable;
•  Additional certifications preferred, such as CCNP or CCNA 
•  Knowledge in Network communication fields: IP Core Network, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VPN, MPLS;
•  Knowledge of current architectures being deployed GPON required;
•  Experience in the Networking with multiple vendors Cisco, Huawei, etc.….
•  Experience on routing & switching troubleshooting technique;
•  Ability to work within the rural areas within flexible time;
•  Advance Networking, IP Internet knowledge;
•  Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model;
•  Punctual, Patient, Empathy, and Enthusiastic;
•  Team spirit;
•  Good command of spoken and written English;
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

•  To provisioning and activate the services offering to customers.
•  To manage and maintain IP core router, distribution network, and access network level.
•  To manage and maintain IP Transit, Peering, Carriers, and Critical (VVIP) Customers.
•  To identify a network faulty and fast rectification with Partners/Suppliers/Vendor.
•  To monitor and maintain service availability for network operation.
•  To restore service as quickly as flash as possible in order to minimize an impact on customer’s business.
•  To ensure the whole network with high Quality, Healthy, Securely, and Performance.
•  To operate and maintenance NMS alert system to make sure on time incident’s response.
•  To manage and maintain technical documents and database information for whole network infrastructure.
•  To operate Day-to-day technical activities and support customers.
•  To receive document and record all incidents notification in the system.
•  To implementation and manage IP routing, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, L2, & L3.
•  To monitoring network operation and keep customers follow up with specific time for incidents.
•  To provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve an issue.
•  To liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
•  To conduct high-quality and comprehensive LAB tests in order to prove viability of proposed engineering solutions.
•  Other tasks as assigned from time to time by Manager.
